1. How we use cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and do not need your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. They stay off until you accept them, and nothing from those services loads before then. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting does not send your data to a font provider.

Analytics and marketing tools are switched on only when we have set them up on the site. If a service listed above is not yet active, no cookie from it is set even if you accept.
3. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, or the button above, to change your choice. Withdrawing consent removes the cookies those services set. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as expected.
4. Links to other websites
If you follow a link to WhatsApp, social media or the council websites we reference, those sites have their own cookie and privacy policies. The valuation page has a map from OpenStreetMap that loads only if you click "Show the map"; until then no request is made to OpenStreetMap.
